The house faces south on to a small garden and the courtyard formed by the farm buildings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The residential buildings include 60m\u00b2 of accommodation for seasonal workers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Certified organic since 2009, the estate includes <strong>15 ha of vineyard classed AOP Languedoc and IGP<\/strong>. The estate has a rich and diverse range of grape varieties planted, well adapted to the soil and climate offering the possibility to produce several <strong>micro-cuv\u00e9es<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The winery was renovated in 1999 and is well equipped for the production of red, white and ros\u00e9 wines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul
