The U-shaped traditional mas offers around 600 m\u00b2 of living space, comprising several apartments<\/strong> in the two wings of the mas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The 40ha vineyard is biodynamically farmed and classed AOP C\u00f4tes du Rh\u00f4ne and C\u00f4tes du Rh\u00f4ne Villages. The vineyard is planted with Grenache Noir and Syrah for the red wines and Grenache Blanc, Viognier, Roussanne and Marsanne for the white wines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The winery is modern and well-designed. It houses the winemaking cellar, the ageing cellar, the administrative offices, the wine shop and two large tasting rooms for corporate events (meetings, seminars, training courses, team building, etc.).<\/p>\n\n\n\n Constructed in 2018, the winery is equipped with ultra-modern equipment<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n A vaulted, air-conditioned barrel ageing cellar provides excellent conditions for maturing the top vintages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The wine shop is modern and well lit.
