On the edge of the Alpilles mountains, the olive orchard covers more than 90 hectares, and includes a 60-hectare olive grove classed AOP Vall\u00e9e des Baux de Provence<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

CHARACTERISTICS OF THE ESTATE<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Half of the olive orchard consists of old trees (dating from before 1956) and the other half of trees around 25 years old. The farm has been restructured over the last 4 years to gradually improve yields. The estate is certified organi and a large proportion of the olive trees are irrigated (access to the Canal de Haute Crau).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

LOCATION AND BUILDINGS<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Close to Arles (13), the estate boasts a wealth of buildings that is rare in the region. Indeed, this magnificent olive grove features a large number of independent mas\/mazets awaiting renovation<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The buildings have real architectural charm and are just waiting to be restored to their original Provencal beauty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The majority of these traditional farmhouses offer the possibility of accommodation, as some of them have already been declared as residential properties. Three of the mas offer more than 150m\u00b2 of living space and could be used to create several dwellings, depending on the buyer’s objectives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
