It should be noted that further plots of land could increase the vineyard area to up to 40, or even 50 ha.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As regards the current planted vineyard area, approximately half is in condition and equipped with drip irrigation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The 24.9 ha vineyard is almost entirely planted with quality varietals. Currently 88 % of the vineyard is planted with black varietals. Just 2.9 ha of vines are planted with with varieties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The winery was built on one single level in 2016, on land that could easily accommodate further technical facilities (wine tanks, waste water treatment, alternative services\u2026).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The vinification equipment is of a high standard that permits the production of a range of red, white and ros\u00e9 wines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>TERMS OF TRANSFER<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The current owner\/operator of the property wishes to transfer grape growing\/wine making business without assigning ownership.
