The wide selection of soil types enables specific vinifications to be made for each terroir and the estate offers a range of 7 <strong>AOP C\u00f4tes du Rh\u00f4ne Villages, Cru Cairanne and Cru Rasteau <\/strong>vintages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The main vineyard plot surrounds the residential and farm buildings. The residential buildings date from the end of the 19th century and comprise a 100m\u00b2 house, renovated in the past10 years, and a 32m\u00b2 rental flat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The winerybuildings comprise a fully equipped air-conditionned winery, barrel ageing cellar, wine shop and storage facilities. <strong>The 32m\u00b2 offices could be incoporated into the residential buildings.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The vineyard is made up of 9 grape varieties, with the majority being Grenache Noir, Syrah, Mourv\u00e8dre and Carignan. 56% of the vines are over 30 years
