The vineyard is very well maintained and regularly renewed. It has been <strong>certified organic since 2015<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Buildings, accessibility, and strong commercial potential<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The residential and farm buildings are located on the main plot and enjoy quick access to urban services while preserving a rural setting. A fast connection to major motorways enables it to generate <strong>significant revenue from on-site sales (70% of sales).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The winery is a high-performance facility with temperature-controlled stainless steel vats.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The wine ranges are clearly identifiable and the wines are straightforward, structured around freshness and <strong>often praised by wine critics<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Turnover in 2024 is around \u20ac1.2 million with an operating profit of \u20ac155,000. The business is healthy and well-managed with a capable and loyal team. The main focus for development is to isolate some very fine Chenin plots nestled in slate-rich terroirs and move upmarket, as its illustrious neighbours have done.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul
