{"id":3434,"date":"2022-01-11T11:41:00","date_gmt":"2022-01-11T11:41:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.wineobjectives.com\/offre\/outil-de-travail-de-20-ha-sur-terroir-exceptionnel\/"},"modified":"2024-04-19T07:45:29","modified_gmt":"2024-04-19T07:45:29","slug":"work-unit-on-20-ha-of-outstanding-terroir","status":"publish","type":"offre","link":"https:\/\/www.wineobjectives.com\/en\/winegrowing-estates\/work-unit-on-20-ha-of-outstanding-terroir\/","title":{"rendered":"Work unit on 20 ha of outstanding terroir"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Situated on the highest plateau of the Minervois, in the heart of the H\u00e9rault, this property straddles two very qualitative appellations: AOP Minervois La Livini\u00e8re and AOP Minervois.<\/p>\n<p>On a clay-limestone terroir dating from the Eocene era, the estate cultivates 20.4 ha of vines which are distributed in 5 plots.<\/p>\n<h2>The entire vineyard is cultivated organically.<\/h2>\n<p>It has been certified organic by Ecocert since 2020.<\/p>\n<p>Situated on the edge of a small hamlet and built from local stone, the winery is spacious, very functional and offers a total capacity of approximately 1400hl with a range of concrete, stainless steel and enamelled steel vats.<\/p>\n<p>A terrace located on the upper part of the winery allows the grapes to be brought into the winery using gravity.<\/p>\n<p>A hangar for storing the vineyard equipment is located adjacent to the winery.<\/p>\n<h2>Situated at an altitude of 420 m, most of the terroir has the potential to produce outstanding, highly expressive wines.<\/h2>\n<p>Its tertiary era limestone soil culminates in the gorges of the Cesse. The very cool climate, with a wide temperature range, gives the wines an acidity that guarantees good ageing while maintaining elegance. The grape varieties are mainly indigenous, and the blends are complementary.
