The housing also includes a spacious flat and a staff apartment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The winery has a total capacity of around 4,000 hl, mainly in concrete vats with a few temperature-controlled stainless steel vats. The winery is well equipped with its own bottling line.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Winery capacity and equipment<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The 42-hectare vineyard is farmed using traditional methods. The vines are well tended, using a very Rh\u00f4ne-based selection of Grenache and Syrah grapes. Almost the entire vineyard is classed AOP C\u00f4tes du Rh\u00f4ne, with a few plots classed C\u00f4tes du Rh\u00f4ne Villages and IGP.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The current owner has built up a strong marketing network in the region with a large proportion of direct sales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Price incl. agency fees :\u00a0 2 120 000 \u20ac<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Agency fees <\/strong>of 6% incl.
