Set in a valley in the Maures mountains, between hillsides and plains, the estate covers more than 40 hectares, including 20 hectares of AOP C\u00f4tes de Provence vines.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The vineyard is certified as a High Environmental Value vineyard, and conversion to organic farming would easily be possible, as the current cultivation techniques are very similar. Part of the vineyard is irrigated by a hillside reservoir, and yields are regularly around 50 hectolitres per hectare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Ideally situated in an unspoilt environment, the estate boasts an exceptional protected location<\/strong>, with easy access, less than 15 minutes from a motorway and 40 minutes from the coast, whilst benefiting from the maritime climate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The winery is well-equipped with a stainless steel vat room of almost 2000 hl, complemented by outbuildings and various storage rooms. From harvest reception to bottling, the winery’s facilities ensure that vinification is carried out in the best possible conditions, in complete autonomy, while retaining the richness of the terroir<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The estate offers a range of wines in red, white and ros\u00e9 and a wide choice of blends. Apart from a small amount of grapes that are supplied to other estates, the entire production is sold in bottles and BIBs. The wines are distinctive and elegant.
