The vineyards of languedoc-Roussillon<\/h2>\r\n36 appellations d\u2019origine make up the AOP vineyards of Languedoc-Roussillon, of which the most important, in terms of production, are AOP Corbi\u00e8res, AOP Languedoc, AOP Minervois et AOP C\u00f4tes du Roussillon. Alongside the AOP vineyards, \u201cnoble\u201d varietals have been planted in order to produce varietal wines sold under the Vin de Pays d\u2019Oc brand or under the local or county Vin de Pays brand. Languedoc-Roussillon remains the largest producer of vin de table wines (Vins de France).\r\n
