{"id":14444,"date":"2025-04-03T10:23:03","date_gmt":"2025-04-03T10:23:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.wineobjectives.com\/?post_type=offre&#038;p=14444"},"modified":"2025-06-26T14:31:52","modified_gmt":"2025-06-26T14:31:52","slug":"fermage-en-igp-alpilles","status":"publish","type":"offre","link":"https:\/\/www.wineobjectives.com\/fr\/domaines-viticoles\/provence\/bouches-du-rhone\/fermage-en-igp-alpilles\/","title":{"rendered":"FERMAGE EN IGP ALPILLES"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>FERMAGE VIGNOBLE BIO DE 30 HA EN IGP ALPILLES<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>CAVE MODERNE ET TRES BIEN EQUIPEE<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Situ\u00e9e au c\u0153ur des Alpilles, non loin de St R\u00e9my de Provence, cette entit\u00e9 se trouve \u00e0 25 mn de la sortie d\u2019autoroute de Cavaillon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Certifi\u00e9 Bio depuis 2001, le vignoble de 24.9 ha d\u2019un seul tenant est class\u00e9 enti\u00e8rement en zone IGP Alpilles. 5 ha de champs \u00e0 planter viennent augmenter le potentiel viticole \u00e0 environ 30 ha. Il est \u00e0 noter que d\u2019autres terrains peuvent aussi s\u2019int\u00e9grer dans l\u2019exploitation, permettant d\u2019augmenter le vignoble jusqu\u2019\u00e0 40, voire 50 ha.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Environ la moiti\u00e9 des surfaces b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient d\u2019une installation au goutte-\u00e0-goutte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019enc\u00e9pagement est de qualit\u00e9 et la quasi-totalit\u00e9 des 24.9 ha est plant\u00e9 en c\u00e9pages am\u00e9liorateurs. Actuellement 88 % du vignoble est plant\u00e9 en c\u00e9pages noirs. Seulement 2.9 ha de vignes sont plant\u00e9s en c\u00e9pages blancs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Construite en 2016, le chai se dresse de plein pied sur un terrain pouvant facilement accueillir des installations techniques compl\u00e9mentaires (cuverie, traitement des effluents, prestations diverses\u2026).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le mat\u00e9riel vinicole est de qualit\u00e9 et permet la production d\u2019une gamme de vins en trois couleurs..<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>MODALITES DE CESSION<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le propri\u00e9taire\/exploitant actuel du domaine souhaite transf\u00e9rer son activit\u00e9 viti-vinicole sans pour autant en c\u00e9der la propri\u00e9t\u00e9.
