Bernard Duseigneur and Jean-Philippe Giraud take over Château Maucoil
Wine Objectives acted as advisors to the Lavau family for the sale of Château Maucoil, a historic estate in the Châteauneuf-du-Pape appellation.
Château Maucoil comprises 43 ha of vines, 26 ha of which are in the Châteaneuf-du-Pape AOP. Messrs Duseigneur and Girard wish to renovate the estate entirely to create a wine estate hotel and wine tourism venue.
