Details of vineyard and facilities

The 27 ha vineyard is certified organic since 2010. Classed AOP Limoux and IGP, the vines are laid out in large terraces around the residential and farm buildings.

The vineyard is well-maintained and benefits from an altitude of between 250 and 300 metres, with significant variations in daytime and night-time temperatures.

The winery is modern and well-equipped, with a capacity of around 2,900 hl, mostly in stainless steel vats. The winery facilities include a barrel cellar and a large storage, bottling and packaging area.

The residential buildings include a 105m² employee’s house with its own garden.

The estate produces two ranges in red, white and rosé, as well as two special cuvées.
