June 2019 – With this purchase, the renowned group from the Rhône Valley increases its presence rapidly in this emblematic cru of the northern Côtes du Rhône. The mission was entrusted to Wine Objectives.
Already wine producers in Côte Rôtie, the M. Chapoutier firm has expanded rapidly in this flagship appellation with the purchase of 3 ha, equivalent to 1% of the total appellation which covers 308 ha of vineyard currently planted.
With this acquisition, Mr. Chapoutier is consolidating his presence in this super-premium wine sector of the northern Côtes du Rhône.
