33ha olive grove at the heart of the Herault

This beautiful 33-hectare olive-growing estate is located in the heart of the Hérault region, not far from the seaside resorts.

7ha of Lucques are used to produce table olives and 28ha to produce olive oil.

Thanks to 5 boreholes located throughout the property, the entire olive grove is drip-irrigated, ensuring a yield of over 10T/ha.

A beautiful villa sits at the heart of the olive grove. Of modern construction, it offers superb fixtures and fittings and spans around 138 m² with a kitchen, living room and 5 bedrooms.
