The vineyard is well maintained and divided into several plots, including those situated on the finest terroirs that have produced Chinon’s greatest wines. Harvest yields are consistent, with an average yield of 40 hl/ha.
The estate’s elevated location offers potential for wine tourism development in the future, particularly through the residential properties and accommodation facilities, which are currently underutilised.
The estate is turnkey and fully operational, requiring little capital expenditure in the short term. The winery is modern, well-designed and fully equipped with high-quality machinery. The ageing cellars are carved into the troglodyte cellars adjoining the winemaking facility.
