The vineyard is exceptionally well-maintained and spread across several interconnected plots. It comprises over 6 hectares situated in iconic localities within the Chinon appellation, including La Croix Boissée and Les Boulais, historic sites renowned for producing some of the appellation’s finest wines. These iconic terroirs play a key role in the estate’s reputation for quality and constitute a rare viticultural heritage within the appellation. Harvest yields are consistent, with an average of 40 hl/ha.
The estate’s elevated location offers potential for wine tourism development in the future, particularly through the residential properties and accommodation facilities, which are currently underutilised.
The estate is turnkey and fully operational, requiring little capital expenditure in the short term. The winery is modern, well-designed and fully equipped with high-quality machinery. The ageing cellars are carved into the troglodyte cellars adjoining the winemaking facility.
