One of Provence’s most iconic estates is turning a new page in its history.
Château Vignelaure, a historic benchmark for the great red wines of Provence, has been acquired by British entrepreneur Neil Utley, who, together with his family, will lead a development project based on a very long-term heritage vision. The project aims to preserve the estate’s identity, continue investment in viticulture and pass on this exceptional heritage to future generations.
This merger and acquisition transaction was carried out with the support of Wine Objectives, a consultancy specialising in the sale and acquisition of wine estates, and the law firm Ulysse, renowned for its expertise in vineyard law and the legal structuring of complex transactions.
