Work unit on 20 ha of outstanding terroir

  REF : LR190

Situated on the highest plateau of the Minervois, in the heart of the Hérault, this property straddles two very qualitative appellations: AOP Minervois La Livinière and AOP Minervois.

On a clay-limestone terroir dating from the Eocene era, the estate cultivates 20.4 ha of vines which are distributed in 5 plots.

The entire vineyard is cultivated organically.

It has been certified organic by Ecocert since 2020.

Situated on the edge of a small hamlet and built from local stone, the winery is spacious, very functional and offers a total capacity of approximately 1400hl with a range of concrete, stainless steel and enamelled steel vats.

A terrace located on the upper part of the winery allows the grapes to be brought into the winery using gravity.

A hangar for storing the vineyard equipment is located adjacent to the winery.

Situated at an altitude of 420 m, most of the terroir has the potential to produce outstanding, highly expressive wines.

Its tertiary era limestone soil culminates in the gorges of the Cesse. The very cool climate, with a wide temperature range, gives the wines an acidity that guarantees good ageing while maintaining elegance. The grape varieties are mainly indigenous, and the blends are complementary. The different exposures and nature of the soil offer the winegrowers the freedom to create a unique profile for their wines.
